JumpSTART 2018 Schedule
The first five days of JumpSTART are different depending on if you are a junior or a senior. Read your agenda closely and contact us if you have any questions. You will receive your school schedule during JumpSTART.
We are excited to welcome you to the Ozarks Technical Community College campus and Middle College. We can't wait for you to join us in the premier educational program in the state of Missouri for high school students who want to start college early.
Wednesday, 1 August 2018 ~ 7AM - 12PM
Leadership Ranch
Meet in front of the Middle College office. You should wear comfortable shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops with tennis shoes--it's critical to wear clothes that allow movement. Spray on bug spray before you come. Bring a water bottle! Please, no spaghetti straps, short shorts or flip flops.
Thursday, 2 August 2018 ~ 8:30AM - 3:30PM
PICTURE DAY!!!
**Please find your room assignment on the Senior Photo Day Schedule that was attached to the letter you received in the mail. If you need a new one, please call or email Ms. Loveland.
Come prepared with your favorite outfit and smile. The mandatory group photo is at 11AM. Seniors will also participate in a reading test and an individual credit check with Ms. Loveland, as well as receive your schedule.
Friday, 3 August 2018 ~ 8:30AM - 11:30AM
We will tour Missouri State University. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing for the tour. We will meet in front of the Middle College office.
Monday, 6 August 2018 ~ 8:15AM - 3PM
We will visit Missouri Southern State University in Joplin. Wear comfortable shoes. Lunch will be provided. Bring a water bottle.
Tuesday, 7 August 2018 ~ 8:30AM - 11:00AM
We are completing the week with fun team building at the park! Be prepared with your tennis shoes and water bottles.
Wednesday, 1 August 2018 ~ 8:30AM - 12:30PM
Meet in ICW 108 B&C
You will participate in a campus scavenger hunt, receive your schedule, get to know your classmates, learn about college life, get logins set up and much more. Wear comfortable shoes for your campus scavenger hunt.
Thursday, 2 August 2018 ~ 7AM - 12PM

You will get to tour an established business in your career pathways and hear from industry experts what they are looking for in employees, what kind of education you need to be successful in the pathway, and how your pathway is connected to your courses in Middle College. Meet in front of the Middle College office.
Monday, 6 August 2018 ~ 8:30AM - 12PM
Meet in Lincoln Hall 211
Hear from many speakers discussing various aspects of important information to help prepare you for success on campus.
Tuesday, 7 August 2018 ~ 8:30AM - 11:00AM
