Need a Dental Cleaning and/or Exam?

Are you an OTC Middle College junior or senior who needs dental care?

Would you like a dental exam and all treatment possible for a cavity-free smile at NO COST to you or your family?

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Tooth Truck will treat eligible OTC Middle College students (through 18 years of age) for free, at OTC in the coming weeks. 


Requirements for treatment on the Tooth Truck are:
*Qualify for free and reduced lunch
*Cannot have private dental insurance
*Must complete a Tooth Truck application form
*Cannot be an established patient of a local dentist

Stop by OTC Middle College office for an application form or print it off. Complete and return form to the OTC Middle College office before Friday, November 17, 2017.
